WGBD holds the 2nd meeting in USA

18 – 19 April 2018

On 18 – 19, April 2018, the 2th Meeting INTOSAI WGBD was successfully held in Washington D.C., USA. A total 43 delegates from 20 member SAIs and observers from international organizations participated in the meeting. Ms. HU Zejun, Chairwoman of INTOSAI WGBD and Auditor General of SAI China, delivered the opening address by video, and Mr. Gene G. Dodaro, Vice Chair of WGBD and Comptroller and Auditor General of SAI USA gave a welcome remarks.

With the theme of “the role of big data audit in achieving the national sustainable development goals”, the participants shared their theoretical research and practical experiences in the field of big data audit at the meeting. In addition, some experts from World Bank, US Department of Health and Human Services, DataKind, etc. introduced their experiences through presentations.
